To secure a sponsorship or exhibit opportunity, the process is simple:

- Review the sponsorship and exhibitor packages and related benefits
- Determine which best meets your needs
- Submit any questions to our Sponsorship Team: David Colgren or Brad Monterio

- Contact the Sponsorship Team to select your package(s)
- Indicate your payment method (e.g., credit card, check, request invoice to be mailed, or purchase order)
- Some opportunities are available in limited quantities (for example, Premium Exhibit Booths) and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis
- If a sponsorship or exhibitor package is sold out, the inventory will no longer available for purchase - be sure to check the At-A-Glance section for updates on status of packages.

- Once you select your package(s), you will receive an XBRL International Sponsorhip Agreement
- Please review that agreement and sign and date where indicated
- Return your signed and dated agreement to the Sponsorship Team
- Submit your payment along with your Sponsorship Agreement - please note payment deadlines in the agreement
- Some opportunities require additional materials from you (e.g., logo artwork files) – we will contact you with these requirements and deadline
