A block of rooms has been set aside for conference attendees at Van der Valk Eindhoven which also includes Shuttle Services to and from the Evoluon. The rate for the Tower Rooms is 98.50 Euro per night and includes breakfast.

If you haven't booked your hotel room yet, we urge you to do so now. Remaining room blocks are expected to sell out soon, as Eindhoven will be very busy during XBRL week.

Hotel Eindhoven is easily accessible from every direction, both by public or private transport.

Private Transport

From the direction of Amsterdam - Den Bosch - The Hague - Breda

• Follow the signs Venlo/Maastricht (A2/A67) and take exit 33 Waalre/Valkenswaard.
• At the end of the exit turn left. On the other side of the fly-over you will see Hotel Eindhoven on your left.

From the direction of Maastricht

• Follow the signs Amsterdam (A2) and take exit 33 Waalre/Valkenswaard.
• At the end of the exit you will see Hotel Eindhoven right in front of you.

From the direction of Antwerp

• Follow the signs in the direction of Eindhoven (A67) and then Maastricht/Venlo and take exit 33 Waalre/Valkenswaard.
• At the end of the exit turn left. On the other side of the fly-over you will see Hotel Eindhoven on your left.

Public Transport

From the Eindhoven train station take bus 171 or 172 in the direction of Valkenswaard/Dommelen. Both routes have a stop in front of Hotel Eindhoven.
