About Conference Registration
All participants are encouraged to register online in advance of the conference. Doing so will make check-in at the conference a quick and easy process. Online registration will remain open through the conference opening.
All Registartion fees include all Main Stage Sessions, Symposia and technical & business sessions, exhibits, breaks, lunches, receptions, and access to all presentations and materials (online). Click here for Registration Fees.
Reserve your Hotel Accommodation Now!
For the best conference experience, hotel reservations should be made at The Gibson Hotel at the link above. Reserve your room by 26 March 2013 to take advantage of the XBRL discounted block of rooms (€150 single).
Onsite registration should be paid with CREDIT CARDS unless specific arrangements are made in advance. Bank wire payment is also accepted for some organisations and institutions where required. Wires must be made prior to the conference and may incur additional charges.
To be eligible for the academic rate, you must be a faculty member or full-time student in an undergraduate, graduate or professional degree program. A valid faculty ID, student ID or other proof of student/academic community status must be provided with your registration by emailing a scanned copy to email@example.com or will be required at the time of registration check-in.
Group discounts of up to 10% off are available for groups of 5 or more. Groups must submit all registrations in one block during registration to qualify. To find out about your group discount, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Full refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received by 16 March 2013. Refunds, less a €200 administrative fee, will be issued on written requests before 30 March 2013. Due to financial obligations incurred by XBRL International, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests after 30 March 2013. Cancellation requests must be in writing via email. “No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Your registration may be transferred to another colleague if you provide written authorization to email@example.com
Visas & Letters of Invitation
If you need to apply for a visa, please do so well in advance of your journey. Conference participants requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the conference should contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include the following:
- Full name and complete mailing address as it appears on your passport
- Passport #, Country of Issue, Expiry Date
- Company Name and your Title
- Registration confirmation number
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Fax number if applicable
Please note this procedure aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and is not an official invitation covering fees or other expenses. A letter of invitation does not imply any financial support from the conference.
