How To Register

XBRL Conference fee includes: entry to all technical sessions, exhibits, lunches, breaks, receptions, shuttle service to and from Hotel and Shuttle Service to Castle Geldrop and access to all presentations and materials via download.
AS AN ADDED BONUS- XBRL Conference fee also includes: entry to the co-located Dutch National Taxonomy Project conference, lunch on both days, and breaks.
Training fee includes: entry to chosen Training Course(s), luncheon(s), break(s), and applicable Training Course notes.

NOTE: Training Courses not receiving sufficient registrations may be cancelled. Your registration fees for any cancelled tutorial will be refunded.

Student Rates

To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a full-time student in an undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree program. A valid student ID or other proof of student/academic community status must be provided with your registration by faxing a copy to +1.801.348.4521 or will be required at the time of registration and check-in.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made prior to March 10, 2008. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made prior to April 10, 2007. No refunds can be issued after this date. CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER APRIL 10, 2008. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.

Visa Support Letters

The E-ply registration site does not issue formal invitation letters for visas. We can however issue a visa support letter. For visa support letters, please send all requests to Cheryl Neal at cherylneal@xbrl.org with the following information:

1. Name and mailing address as it appears on your passport.
2. The name of the conference you wish to attend.
3. Registration confirmation number.
4. If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title.
5. Fax number or e-mail address.
