You asked for it and XBRL International listened!  Prior sponsors and exhibitors asked for more interaction with attendees, stronger opportunities to feature their tools and solutions, and more targeted participants as potential buyers of their services.  As a result, XBRL International has added new benefits for sponsors and exhibitors beginning with XBRL24:

Free Exhibit Hall Tours: Conference attendees will be able to participate in free guided exhibit hall tours periodically throughout the conference.  Tours will stop at each exhibit booth to allow a representative to give a short overview of their XBRL tools and services.  At the completion of the tour, participants will then be able to go back to exhibit booths of most interest to them to meet with experts, view demonstrations and talk about their specific needs.  This is an excellent way for sponsors and exhibitors to explain what they do and meet with potential customers.

Extended Exhibit Hall Hours: XBRL International has increased the amount of time during the conference spent in the exhibit hall area.  In most cases, the times range from 90-120 minutes.  This gives attendees ample time to meet with more exhibitors and explore the available solutions in the market place.  This gives sponsors and exhibitors more opportunities to develop business relationships and identify sales leads.

Participation in XBRL Implementation Workshop: XBRL International is unveiling a new XBRL Implementation Workshop, a hands-on experience for participants to review the steps needed for typical XBRL implementations.  During the two-day workshop, multiple modules will be presented that will feature XBRL tools and solutions from XBRL24 sponsors (and some exhibitors). Participants will be able to see how various tools and services are used in the XBRL implementations.  This is excellent brand exposure for sponsors and exhibitors and lets participants experience them first-hand.

Participation in Hands-On Drill Down Sessions: As a complement to the XBRL Implementation Workshop, several Hands-On Drill Down sessions will also be conducted, giving Workshop participants the opportunity to spend more time with some of the XBRL tools and services from sponsors (and some exhibitors). This allows participants to experience sponsor and exhibitor tools in a more in-depth way, leading to potential buyers.

Stronger Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, and Corproate Filers Participation: On day one of the conference, three simultaneous sector overview sessions will be held focusing on banking/insurance, capital markets and corporate filers.  Each session will include an overview of developments with respect to XBRL, case studies and lessons learned from implementations in those sectors, and interactive question-and-answer periods for the audience. These sector overviews will include more targeted stakeholders that will serve as prospects to sponsors and exhibitors serving those sectors.
